How is your return/exchange policy?
Please notify us of any return or exchange requests within 30 days of receiving your delivery.
Returns: Customers are responsible for shipping the returned item(s) back to us. Original shipping costs are non-refundable; you will receive a refund for the product price only.
Exchanges: Customers are responsible for all associated shipping costs, including returning the original item and delivering the replacement item.
What is the MOQ? Do you offer customization service?
Sample orders: No minimum quantity required. If customization is required, the minimum order quantity is 10 items.

What awning can I install on my vehicle?
The choice of the awning depends on several factors: type of vehicle and type of structure. Our catalogue provides useful information to understand which is the suitable product for you. For specific information we always recommend that you consult our sales representative.
How long does the Soleflex product warranty last, and how does it work?
The warranty on Soleflex products lasts 12 months. Contact our sales representative to report the issue. We’ll reply to you within 24 hours.
Does the awning come with installaion brackets?
Each awning set comes standard with 3 mounting brackets. If you need more brackets, please contact our sales representative.
Does my awning have support legs?
All S-Series awnings include support legs, with the exception of the S30 self-supporting model. However, optional support legs for the S30 are available for purchase separately if needed.

What should I pay attention to when installing?
Physical installation requires at least two people. Electrical wiring is strongly recommended to be done by professionals.
How the installation distance Is determined for wall-mounted awning?
The mounting height dictates the awning’s pitch (slope) for water runoff and determines whether your RV entry door can open without scraping the awning canopy.
How the installation distance Is determined for B series awning?
RV awnings are sized and ordered based on Center-of-Arm to Center-of-Arm (C-to-C) distance, not the fabric width. Measure the horizontal distance from the exact center of the left vertical awning arm (or mounting bracket) to the center of the right arm.
