Soleflex S27：Our Star‑Selling Side‑Mounted Full‑Cassette RV Awning
When sourcing RV exterior accessories for motorhomes, conversion vans and small caravans, side‑mount full‑cassette awnings remain the most popular solution. Our S27 series is Soleflex’s flagship star product, widely adopted by RV manufacturers, modification workshops and bulk buyers across global markets.
1. Core Structure & Design
S27 is a side‑mount full‑cassette awning engineered for recreational vehicles and special‑purpose vehicles.
- Full‑cassette housing: white or black color optional. Closed cassette fully protects fabric against dust and UV damage during driving.
- High‑strength aluminum alloy for arms and housing.
- Elastic slow‑descend base: prevents main arms from sudden dropping and impact noise.
- More than 20 mounting brackets in stock; custom brackets are supported for special RV body structures.
2. Heavy‑duty Awning Fabric
S27 uses premium 520 g/m² PVC composite awning fabric. It delivers reliable waterproof and UV‑resistant performance, works stably from ‑20℃ to 40℃, will not turn stiff in cold winters or wrinkle under high‑temperature summer conditions.
Available fabric patterns: Gray dot (1001) Gray wave (1002) Gray stripes (1011)
